4.3 Delivery Inspection

You should inspect all products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service team.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific return and refund policies apply:

• If a product is damaged or of poor quality, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
• If you are dissatisfied with a product for any other reason, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
• Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days in their original, unopened packaging.
